Australian Store Information


  • All prices are in AUD (ex GST) - No GST is added if shipping outside Australia.
  • For a very limited time we currently offer a discounted price on Complete Sets of the 9 titles in the Ringing Cedars Series, available in either of two editions.

Payment options

All prices are in Australian dollars (ex GST). GST is added only to orders shipped to addresses within Australia. No GST is added to orders shipping outside Australia. We do not accept payment in other currencies. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners) when ordering online, by phone, by mail or by fax. You can also pay by cheque or money order in Australian Dollars when ordering by mail. For other payment options please call Customer Service.

Shipping rates

For destinations within Australia you may currently choose between Parcel Post or Express Post. For international destinations you may choose Air or Express Post International. Our shopping cart checks the total book quantity in your order, calculates the weight including packaging, checks the country (and within Australia the Postcode) of your order's destination and calculates the appropriate shipping and handling charges.

Delivery times

Most orders ship from our Sydney regional warehouse within 1—2 business days. For Parcel Post to Australian addresses, please allow at least a further 4—6 business days for Australia Post's extended (= degraded) delivery service, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take even longer. Choose Express Post if your order is urgent. Please note: Delivery times and postal charges are published on Australia Post's website and printed in their Postal Charges booklet. At our discretion we may alternatively use other delvery service companies eg UPS.

Express Post to Australian addresses usually means delivery within 2 days of us shipping your order.

If you are placing your order by mail, allow ample time for your order & payment to reach us. If you pay by personal cheque, we may hold it for up to 3 business days for it to clear the bank before shipping your order. (This is usually done for large orders only).


If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will investigate and if necessary replace it at our expense. If you receive a book which has been damaged, please contact us. We may request that you return the damaged item before a replacement is sent. Please keep all packaging until otherwise instructed. (See below)

Sales tax

GST is added to all orders shipping to Australian addresses.


Customs & taxes: All international customers are responsible for customs dues or other taxes & fees that may be levied in the destination country. We will not accept orders returned to us due to customer's failure to pay the customs dues / fees in a timely manner.

Order tracking: Express Post International shipping includes tracking. Please contact us if you wish to track your parcel.

Delivery times: While most shipments arrive within about 7—14 business days to most destinations worldwide, in rare cases they may take longer (up to 1 month or even up to 3 months due to customs delays).

Returns: All Sales are Final. Books and CD's/DVD's are not returnable, and may not be redeemed for cash. At our discretion we may, under certain circumstances, and only by prior arrangement, accept for return an unopened and/or undamaged order. All such cases will attract a restocking fee of $1.50 per book or item. However goods that you have received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing fault may be replaced at our expense, provided:

  • Provided you purchased the goods yourself directly from us.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • You immediately return to us (at our expense) such damaged goods, IF requested by us or one of our nominated representatives, such as a Fulfillment House or Shipping agent, contracted by us to fulfill your order.

Damaged books will only be exchanged for a replacement of the original item if still available.

NOTE: This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Ringing Cedars Australia, and for which we can establish proof of purchase. All sales are recorded in our system so this is usually painless.

Refunds: All sales are final. No purchased will be refunded. Your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed. Please check your order carefully prior to checkout to make sure it is accurate. Orders detirmined to have been lost by our carrier will be replaced free of charge. Note that such detirminations (ie is the parcel actually lost) can take Australia Post up to 40 days or more and in such circumstances we will not be held responsible for compensating you for the delay.


We respect our customers' privacy. Ringing Cedars Australia believes that your personal information—including your purchase history, phone number, email and residential addresses and credit card data—belongs to you. We collect this type of information only to serve you when you provide it to us, but we do not rent or sell your information to third parties. When you place your order online through our secure shopping cart, your Credit Card details are encrypted and are not visible to any third party.

We work with reputable third party supplies, such as fulfillment services (companies that warehouse and ship your order) and freight companies (mainly Australia Post) to assist us in delivering your order to you. In these instances, we will provide your personal information to those third parties only so that they can perform these services. In addition, we may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties based on a legal obligation; however we will only accommodate these requests when it is determined to be legally necessary in the reasonable opinion of our counsel.

Shopping at is 100% secure. All information you provide during checkout (including your credit card number) is encrypted during transmission and cannot be viewed by any third party. We use a secure payment processing engine to securely operate the shopping cart and process payments. Your credit card details are not stored or recorded by us.

Online Ordering

You can conveniently place your order 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year through our secure online store,
and pay with a credit card. (We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners)
Click on the "Buy Now" button in the Navigation Bar at the top of this page or here to enter the Online Store.
Enter the quantity desired beside each of the items you want, then click on any "Proceed to Checkout" button to view your shopping cart and complete your order. On the Checkout page you can:

  • modify your order (adjust quantities and/or remove items)
  • enter a coupon code if you have one (from one of our occasional promotions)
  • add a free gift card message (up to 255 characters)
  • choose your preferred shipping method and see the calculated shipping cost to your delivery address
  • review your final order
  • and enter your credit card details (We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners)

When you are ready to checkout, simply click on the "Process My Order" button.

If at any time you experience problems with the shopping cart on this website, please call Customer Service to place your order over the phone.

Phone Orders

You can call toll free Customer Service to place your order over the phone with a credit card. Customer Service numbers can be reached from any country. If we are unavailable at the time you call, a live operator will take a message to relay to us via email. Please provide your name, contact details and the nature of your enquiry (Messages without these MINIMUM details will be consided SPAM and will not receive a reply)

Tracking Your Order

If you placed your order online, and selected Express Post as the shipping method, then you can obtain a tracking number from our Customer Service Team, by quoting the Order Number in the confirmation email sent to you. Please allow at least 2 business days before contacting Customer Service for tracking inquiries. A tracking number is generated when your order actually ships. We generally have a copy of it within 2 days.
